Vivien R. Krieger practices land use and zoning law. She joined GoldmanHarris in 2010.
Ms. Krieger began her career in the public sector as Staff Counsel to the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs. At DCA, she was the Sidewalk Café Attorney, responsible for overseeing the legal review, approval and enforcement process for all of NYC's 1,100+ sidewalk cafes. She also advised the agency on all land use and zoning matters that touched on DCA's jurisdiction, including sidewalk cafes, parking garages, bicycle parking, and cabarets. She worked closely with other city and state agencies on various projects to resolve city-wide, multi-agency issues and to implement new laws and policies.
